Rosa Sabel ‘23 (she/her)
Rosa is a senior day student at Springs. She enjoys cooking late at night because everything is more exciting when trying to avoid waking up her parents and sister. She also has a stubborn but sweet dog named Chia. She is the Chief Editor for the Woodward Post this year and will write as well.

Rezi Ubogu ‘23 (SHE/HER)
Rezi is a senior day student from Birmingham but is an Ohio native. She enjoys photography, fashion, hanging out with her rumbustious Tabby cat, Mango, running her own online 90s and 2000s store, Releigh Freya, traveling to faraway places, and playing volleyball for Indian Springs (if you ever catch her after practice, ask to see her fresh bruises, she will definitely have a few to show off). She enjoys reading memoirs and fiction novels, and writing short stories, personal narratives, and DBQs, even though most people hate them. She is the Head Web Editor for the Woodward Post and has been a writer and editor for the Post since 2019.

Nour Shoreibah ‘23 (He/him)
Nour is an Egyptian, senior day student born in Hays, Kansas. You may recognize him from his triangle performance at the 2019 Contemp Concert. He has two cats named Albus and Stanley. He enjoys playing tennis, building computers, coding, and baking. He is the Vice Web Editor for the Woodward Post.

Jupiter Spensley ‘26 (they/them)
Jupiter is a freshman day student. They love writing and singing, as well as playing piano and bass (even though they claim they’re not good at either). Eli Brook ‘27 (he/him)
Eli is an 8th grader and has family ties to the Springs. His brother is from the Class of 2025 and his Dad graduated from Springs in ‘87. He will be writing this year in order to follow in his father’s footsteps. He writes the regional Jewish magazine, Southern Jewish Life. In terms of music taste, anything indie is great. He also has a flock of eight chickens. In terms of content, He plans to focus on exposés and other social issues.

Emma Cate Rutledge ‘23 (she/her)
Emma Cate is a senior day student. She enjoys spending time with her friends, is constantly catching up on sleep over the weekends, loves animals, specifically dogs, and is a night owl. She is an editor for the WWP and occasional writer if her schedule permits (but it probably won’t)

Ember Szaflarski ‘23 (they/them)
Ember is a senior day student who has a tendency to lose small items and trip over nonexistent obstacles on the sidewalk. It’s okay though because they’ve been lucky enough to find many four-leaf clovers in their years at Springs (most of which are taped onto their electric bass). They enjoy playing multiple instruments, most notably bass and guitar, singing in choir, doodling, creative writing, listening to and composing music, nature, reading, and psychology. Ember is mainly known for publishing poetry in the WWP, though they intend to branch out a little this year.

Oliver Pang is someone else, a relative with a name! (ten points for Gryffindor if you get that reference). He is a freshman day student with a doodler/artist’s hand and a small gambling addiction, and kinda wants to get into digital art but is worried he will stop doing it one day and waste his parents’ money. He will be joining the Woodward Post this year to write, edit, and maybe do artwork.
